Welcome to omaps.io! These terms apply when you sell maps on our platform. By opening a shop and uploading content, you agree to follow this agreement.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

omaps.io is a marketplace where you can sell orienteering maps.

• You can upload and list your maps for sale
• Customers worldwide can purchase and use them
• We handle payments and send your earnings to you

You keep full ownership of your maps.

By uploading a map, you give us permission to:

• Host and display it on the platform
• Make it available for purchase
• Use it for promotional purposes in marketing materials and on our website
• Deliver it to customers after purchase, using delivery method chosen by the customer, in accordance with your preferences

You confirm that:

• You own the map or have permission to sell it
• Your content does not violate anyone else's rights

• You decide the price of your maps and how they are delivered
• You can hide or unlist your maps at any time
• Your listings should be accurate and clear

We may remove content that break our acceptable use policies.

We charge a fee on each sale. You can find the current pricing on our website.

The minimum fee, depending on your shop's currency, is: 0.50€, 0.50 CHF, 5.00 SEK, 5.00 NOK, 4.00 DKK, 1.00 BGN, 10.00 CZK, 200.00 HUF, 2.00 PLN, 2.00 RON. The fee is deducted before your earnings are added to your balance.

We use Stripe Connect to process payments and handle payouts.

By creating a shop, you agree to:

• Accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and related terms
• Provide accurate information required for identity verification
• Update your information whenever required by Stripe

Stripe may independently verify your identity and request additional information to comply with legal requirements.

If you do not complete the Stripe onboarding or verification process, you are not able to upload content or receive payouts.

• Payouts are sent monthly or every 3 months, depending on your settings
• Minimum payout amount, depending on your shop's currency, is: 10.00€, 9.50 CHF, 115.00 SEK, 115.00 NOK, 75.00 DKK, 20.00 BGN, 250.00 CZK, 4,000.00 HUF, 43.00 PLN, 50.00 RON
• There are no additional fees for payouts

To receive payouts, you must:

• Complete identity verification (via Stripe)
• Provide valid bank details

If your balance is below the minimum payout amount, it will carry over to the next payout.

Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank account uses a different currency.

7. Taxes and the role of omaps.io

omaps.io provides a marketplace platform that connects sellers and customers. Unless otherwise stated, the sale of content is made directly between the seller and the customer.

The seller is considered the merchant of record and is responsible for:

• Setting prices for their content
• Determining and complying with applicable VAT or other taxes
• Reporting and remitting taxes to relevant authorities

omaps.io is not responsible for the seller's tax obligations, including VAT, except where required by applicable law. omaps.io will provide necessary information to sellers to help them comply with tax regulations, such as sales data and tax reports.

In some cases, we may issue refunds to customers (for example, technical issues or disputes). These may be deducted from your balance.

Please don't upload content that:

• Infringes copyrights or other rights
• Is misleading or illegal
• Contains harmful or inappropriate material

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the platform.

We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free.

omaps.io is not responsible for:

• Loss of sales or income
• Customer misuse of your maps
• Technical issues outside our control

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
