Sprint in one of the most picturesque areas of Frankfurt. There are a lot of short legs where you constantly need to change direction with a couple of longer and decisive legs with not obvious route choices.
The course is 4,3 km long with a map flip after control 14. There are no flags in the terrain, artificial fences are not marked in the terrain. There are a lot of tourists in the area, the best time to run the training would be Saturday or Sunday morning.

Please respect private and forbidden areas. No spike shoes.
