A small sprint map of Goldsteinpark in Schwanheim (south-west of Frankfurt am Main). An open park with good visibility and some residential area.

A relatively simple sprint course that will require to maintain the highest speed possible. A good training for beginners. Most of the course goes through open park, no elevation gain.

Please respect private and forbidden areas. No spike shoes.

The course is 3,5 km long, with a map flip after control 13. There are no flags in the terrain.
