Urban Middle Distance in Schwanheim (south-west of Frankfurt am Main). The terrain is quite simple but thanks to multiple artificial fences the middle part of the course has a mase-like structure and finding an optimal route might be challenging.

There are some crossings marked with red double arrows. On such crossings you are allowed to run only in a straight line and you are not allowed to turn.

The course is 6,1 km long, there is a shortcut from control 11 to control 20, in this case the course is 4,5 km long.

Please respect private and forbidden areas. No spike shoes.
