Mainly open parks, tricky residential area with detailed gardens and old industrial area right next to Vantaankoski rapids. Fast grassy terrain with light elevation changes. Some private areas. Light traffic. The bridge going over the rapids can be slippery when it is wet weather, be careful when crossing.

Please respect private areas, forbidden areas, dangerous areas (impassable cliffs) and the nature (bird nests and flowers). Avoid spike shoes.

The course is 3,8km and split into two parts (both on the same sheet).There is no flags on the terrain. Course setting by Arttu Syrjäläinen.
