Tricky residential area with very similar buildings and backyards layouts. Fast terrain with almost no elevation changes. Quite a lot of private areas. Almost no traffic, watch out when crossing parking areas.

Please respect private areas, forbidden areas and the nature (bird nests and flowers). Avoid spike shoes.

The course is 2,0km (real : 3,0km) with a flip map over. There is no flags on the terrain.
