Four sprint intervals in a quiet residential area in a small village not far from Wiesbaden. Short legs, a lot of turns and artificial fences will require maximum concentration and will test your decision making.

The course is 2,9 km long (0,8 + 0,6 + 0,7 + 0,8 km). There are no flags in the terrain.
