Using omaps.io

Browsing the website and creating an account is free. Creating an account will allow you to "buy" (license) items from our sellers. Membership also gives you the opportunity to become a seller (https://omaps.io/become-seller).

You promise that information you give us is true, accurate and complete and, if you create an account, that you will keep your account information up-to-date. Your membership is not transferable, that means you cannot sell your account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs in conjunction with your username and password, so keep your password secure and don’t let any other person use your account. If you realise there’s any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security you need to let us know immediately. You must not use a virtual private network or VPN or any other means to avoid compliance with these terms and conditions, or for any fraudulent or illegal reasons.

Purchasing items from omaps.io

When you buy an item (map), you acquire the right to use that item; you're not actually acquiring the item itself. For more information, please read the Terms of Use presented on the map purchase pages.

Refunds

Given the nature of digital content, a refund on a purchase is not granted unless the item does not match the description given by the seller, or a refund is required under relevant consumer protection laws. If you would like to request a refund, contact us at https://omaps.io/help.

Selling on omaps.io

If you are a seller on omaps.io, apart from these terms, you are also bound by the seller agreement which can be found at https://omaps.io/legal/seller-agreement.
