Seller Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between omaps.io ("we") and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity. You agree that by creating a seller account, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

If you are signing this agreement on behalf of an entity (company or an organization), you must be an executive in said company or authorized to sign this agreement by the board of the company.


Service Description

omaps.io is a marketplace for orienteering maps. By uploading a map to omaps.io, you accept that the map can be purchased from the omaps.io website. omaps.io transfers the money from your sales to your bank account monthly.

By uploading a map to omaps.io, you confirm that you are the copyright owner of the map or have permission from the rightful owner to sell the map. omaps.io does not own the content sold on the platform.

Payouts

Payout means transferring money from your omaps.io balance to your bank account. Payouts happen automatically once a month or every 3 months depending on your preferences. You must complete identity verification with our payment processor and provide a valid bank account to receive payouts. Minimum payout amount is 10.00€. If your available balance is less than that at the time of the payout, the payout fails and will be attempted again next month. There is a 2.00€ fee for each payout.

Platform Fee

A platform fee is deducted from your sales before the money is transferred to your balance. The fee is 0.30€ + 10% of the total order amount.

Taxes

The seller is responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations that may occur from their sales on omaps.io.

Currency Conversions

If your bank account currency is different to your seller account currency, there is an additional currency conversion fee applied by our payment service provider at the time of a payout.

Disciplinary Measures

omaps.io has the right to delete any content uploaded to the website, as well as suspend seller accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.
