Kulosaari is an island neighborhood in eastern Helsinki, known for its private villas and embassies. It features plenty of parks, backyards, and forested areas ideal for running.

Please respect private areas (embassies are very sensitive areas), forbidden zones, dangerous areas (such as impassable cliffs), and the natural environment. Avoid wearing spiked shoes.

There are many maintenance stairs and entrances around residential buildings. These have been marked using symbols 520.1 “Area that shall not be entered, boundary line” and 520 “Area that shall not be entered, surface”. This choice of not drawing walls and stairs was made to keep visibility.

“Visit Kulosaari”: The course is 7,5km. There are no flags on the terrain.

“Kulosaari 1” and “Kulosaari 2” : Both courses are 2,9km with a flip map over. There are no flags on the terrain.

"Kulosaari - Urhea training". The course is 3,2km. There is no flags on the terrain. Course setting by Arttu Syrjäläinen.
