Csór-Jinja - German style team course

We offer our O-friends a spectacular and relevant terrain with training options for the WOC 2027 in Hungary.
The Csóri-Horgok area is offside from the WOC embargoes and not effected by military activities, but at the same time very close to the eastern WOC terrains. Based on its unique vegetation and topography it offers a highly relevant preparation possibility for athletes aiming to run the WOC races in HUN in 2027. Mapmaking: hungarian style, rich in details on vegetation.

✅ Key Features of German-Style Team Orienteering:
Teams of 2 to 5 competitors
Most commonly 3-person teams.
The team starts together.
Shared and Split Controls
The course has controls that must be visited by the whole team together (called team controls) and others that can be split among the team members (called individual controls).
For team controls, all must punch.
For split controls, at least one team member must punch, but usually, teams assign routes based on strengths.
Mass Start Format
Unlike traditional interval starts, German-style team orienteering often begins with a mass start, making the competition more intense and direct.
