Ille-sur-Têt is a small village in the Pyrénées-Orientales with a Mediterranean climate. The heart of the village consists of narrow streets in all directions, ramparts, and ancient medieval gates. Around it, there are residential areas with some tricky housing layouts and some private properties. The elevation difference is quite low, and traffic is light.

Please respect private areas, forbidden areas, dangerous areas (impassable cliffs). Avoid spike shoes.

The course is (2,61km + 1,54km) = 4,2km with a map flip over. Some artificial fences. There is no flags on the terrain.
